A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, customers and the general public. Ability to communicate with other departments/areas to ensure appropriate lifestyle for residents. Ability to calculate figures. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must maintain a valid drivers license. Experience with a client relationship management software preferred.
