Director of Nursing

We are a stand-alone, not-for-profit, 28 bed, nursing facility sitting in a small town of 1,200 with a smalltown focus.  

Looking for a DON to complete our team.  We are currently fully staffed with ADON, MDS Coordinator, Nurses, Med Aides, and CNA's.  Just looking for that right team leader to help monitor staff and ensure federal and state regulation compliance.  

Some Position Qualifications:

- Current, valid license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Iowa is required

- 3-5 years of Long-Term care experience

- Working knowldege of Federal and STate long-term care regulations and laws

- Regular attendance

- On-call rotation

-CPR certified
