Chief Operating Officer – Presbyterian Living (Chicago, IL)
Presbyterian Living, headquartered in a northern suburb of Chicago, seeks an innovative, mission-driven and operational leader to serve as its next Chief Operating Officer (COO).
With its corporate office in Skokie, IL, Presbyterian Living offers four senior living communities in the Chicagoland area. Each of their three Life Plan Communities (The Moorings of Arlington Heights, Westminster Place in Evanston, and Lake Forest Place in Lake Forest) offers independent living plus the full continuum of senior health services. In addition, Presbyterian Living offers Ten Twenty Grove, an independent living rental community in Evanston.
Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be an innovative and relationship-oriented leader who prioritizes resident engagement, staff engagement, community programming, and financial success throughout the organization. The successful candidate will have significant operational leadership experience and a successful track record in senior living.

The compensation for this position includes a salary in the range of $250,000 - $300,000 annually, dependent on relevant experience, plus additional incentive-based compensation and benefits commensurate with the position.
