Director of Clinical Operations

Friendship Haven, a CCRC, located in Northwest Iowa is looking to add to our Administrative Nursing Staff. We are seeking a highly motivated RN to fulfill our Director of Clinical Operations position. 

The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the leadership, supervision, and overall management of the Simpson Health Center (SHC). Assures that all neighborhood programs and services are operated in a manner that delivers highest levels of resident satisfaction, life enrichment and quality of life. Be consistent with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Operate in a financially prudent manner that meets or exceeds the annual budget adopted by the Board of Directors.
